We are seeking a Residential & Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We are a Design-Build general contractor, overseeing everything from design & planning, building permit applications to full construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation utilizing Project Planner
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and take photos when onsite when the site manager isn't there
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Diligently and proactively post documents and site photos in the company SharePoint files under each project

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential and commercial construction management
• Familiarity with all the processes involved from permit applications to full-scale construction completion for both commercial and residential construction & renovations
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills with trades
• Deadline and detail-oriented to keep on schedule and make client happy
