Since 2000, Weve been a cornerstone of Canadas charitable sector, processing nearly one-third of all online donations nationwide. In 2020 alone, Canadians donated over $480 million through our platform. Today, we partner with nearly 25,000 Canadian charities to help them thrive in the digital age.

About the role:

The Senior Product Manager will lead the growth & transformation of an early-stage product into a scalable SaaS platform. What Youll Do:

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our early-stage SaaS platform designed for the non-profit sector;
  • Translate insights from sales, customer success, marketing, and user research into compelling product experiences;
  • Own cross-functional delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM, balancing speed, scale, and technical feasibility;

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and iterate on bundled and la carte features based on user segmentation and business value;
  • Build, test, and scale data-driven hypotheses to improve ARPU, retention, and product engagement;
  • Lead quarterly roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog prioritization with tech/design;
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Agile Consultant to ship small and ship often, while improving delivery quality;
  • Champion onboarding and in-app UX to drive fast time-to-value and reduce customer support volume;
  • Support pricing, packaging, and growth model optimization (PLG + SLG) as the product scales;

How you will make an impact:

  • You'll be building from 0 to 1, and scaling 1 to N in a mission-driven space with product-market potential and real early traction;
  • The product has existing paying clients and momentum in the market youll scale whats working and help unlock new growth vectors;
  • You'll shape a multi-product platform used by charities and nonprofits across Canada;
  • Direct access to executive leadership and an empowered product team built for speed and impact;
  • Youll get to work on a unique dual-distribution model: Product-led growth and sales-led motion rare in early-stage startups;
  • Opportunity to work at a national scale on software that makes a social impact profit + purpose;

What you will bring to the table (experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally in startup or scale-up environments;
  • Proven success in launching integrated SaaS platforms with ARPU between $25$300/month;
  • Fluency in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, refining backlog, and working in delivery pods;
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and how to optimize self-serve user flows and onboarding;
  • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset familiarity with tools like Pendo, or similar;
  • Technically conversant able to work closely with engineering and make informed trade-offs;
