The 2025-26 faculty grid for this position is$73,263 to $112,656 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Masters will be paid at a higher range.

What Youll Do:

• Teach MYP Science across a range of grade levels (Grades 610) with the possibility of some DP courses
• Design engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that promote scientific thinking, creativity, and real-world application
• Act as a Homeroom Advisor for 12 Middle School studentssupporting their academic and personal growth
• Collaborate with passionate, forward-thinking colleagues during 2.5 hours/week of built-in planning time
• Lead or support co-curricular programsfrom science clubs to outdoor education adventures
• Help shape student pathways to graduation, university, and beyond

Who You Are:

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Certified (or eligible) to teach in BC
• Hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Science or a related field
• Bring 5+ years of experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
• Experience with IB Curriculum
• Committed to diverse, inclusive, and differentiated learning
• Preference given to applicants who can teach DP Biology or Physics

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
