???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENTVancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Being the in-house expert in GA4, Google's updated web analytics property, leading its adoption and ensuring analytics coverage across all web assets, including desktop, mobile, and future digital channels.
- Ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) within server-side tagging settings, pixel management, auditing and event tracking implementation.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for SEO, PPC, Streaming TV, Radio, OOH, email, web experience and content, to measure and optimise marketing efforts.
- Perform quantitative & qualitative analysis through heuristic analysis, web analytics data, heatmaps & scroll maps, session recordings, and on-page surveys to optimize customers' online experience.
- Answer key business questions through analysis, reporting, and dashboards using available tools (using GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL and Tableau)
- Digital Channel Analytics - develop analytics models and support the Analytics team with channel attribution, media mix analysis to better understand the online needs of our customers based on how they arrived on site.
- AB testing analysis and causal impact analysis of data and identify areas of opportunity.
- Website user journey analysis: understanding how leads engage with the platform and identifying UX improvements.
- Build and execute on an analytics roadmap of web analytic opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration and able to present analysis and results to leadership.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3 + years of experience working as a Digital Analyst / Digital Marketing Analyst with a primary or partial focus on Website analytics.
- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, or similar.
- Theoretical and practical understanding of digital marketing practices.
- Experience with Universal Analytics, and or Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and or Adobe Analytics / Adobe Launch.
- GA4 experience/knowledge.
- Experience with SQL Programming Language.
- Experience with dashboarding and building reports.
- You are a data storyteller and a strong presenter.
- You are familiar with BigQuery.
- You have experience with digital Marketing tagging structures.
- You have experience with Excel and or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a very strong asset.
- GA4, GTM or Tableau certification is a strong asset.
