The Position

Were seeking an experienced and hands-on finance leader to oversee our global accounting and finance operations. This role will lead a high-performing international team, manage complex consolidations across multiple subsidiaries, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. Youll play a key role in streamlining processes, supporting audits, and partnering with FP&A on planning and strategic forecasting.

What you will do:

  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of 5+ accounting professionals
  • Own the financial close process for multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and oversee technical accounting matters
  • Manage external audits for the consolidated entity and UK subsidiary, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with FP&A to provide timely actuals, analysis, and data for budget and forecasting cycles
  • Develop and maintain cash flow models for both operational and strategic use
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including multi-state U.S. and international VAT compliance
  • Maintain strong internal controls and support process improvements across systems and reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights for business decisions and operational scalability

What you will bring to the role:

  • CPA and/or CMA strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven experience managing multi-entity close and consolidations
  • Hands-on audit management both domestically and internationally
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Excel; experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • M&A integration and experience consolidating newly acquired entities
  • Familiarity with SaaS revenue models and related deferred revenue accounting
  • Understanding of inter-company accounting principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with FP&A, legal, and operational leadership
