JDass Corp is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing in-house team. Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing 360°ree; campaigns across digital, social, print, and web.

  • Assist in managing and growing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social channels using publishing tools.

  • Design visual assets using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

  • Develop flyers, banners, social videos, web graphics, and digital promotional assets.

  • Build and maintain weekly content calendars and monthly marketing plans.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and content ideation for campaigns and initiatives.

  • Write copy for captions, social media posts, emails, and promotional content.

  • Coordinate with vendors including freelancers, printers, photographers, and media partners.

  • Track, organize, and prioritize incoming marketing requests from internal teams or departments.

  • Assist with on-site execution of events, activations, and in-store marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor audits, and digital best practices.

  • Monitor analytics and assist in preparing reports on campaign and content performance

  • Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities like AI

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

  • Experience building social media content calendars, marketing plans, and campaign pitch decks.

  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing software.

  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

  • Exposure to basic analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.

  • Capable of coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, freelancers, etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is a bonus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and adaptable attitude.

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
