Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a critical engine of our growth. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our expansive portfolio of high-value technology solutions, including our cutting-edge sales automation software, comprehensive ERP systems, and complete business automation platforms. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of complex sales cycles, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for transformative technology.
Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social media outreach to identify and qualify key decision-makers in target accounts.
Articulately and persuasively convey the value proposition of Nobel Link AI Enterprise's multifaceted solutions (Sales Automation, ERP, and Complete Automation) to a diverse range of business stakeholders, from department heads to C-level executives.
Generate and qualify new leads, and schedule in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations for our senior account executives.
Maintain a high level of daily activity to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
Diligently manage and update all sales activities, lead statuses, and account intelligence within our CRM.
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of businesses in the digital transformation space.

Sales Automation Software: An AI-powered platform to streamline sales processes, from lead generation and nurturing to closing deals, enabling sales teams to sell smarter and faster.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): A comprehensive, centralized system to manage and integrate core business processes, including finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing, providing a single source of truth for the entire organization.
Complete Automation: End-to-end automation solutions that leverage AI and machine learning to overhaul entire workflows, from routine administrative tasks to complex operational processes, driving significant gains in productivity and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar business development role, preferably within the SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software industry.
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and lead generation targets for complex, high-ticket solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business benefits.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
A strong understanding of business processes and the challenges that our automation and ERP solutions address.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively and independently in a remote setting.
A keen interest in artificial intelligence, business process automation, and a strong desire to be at the cutting edge of enterprise technology.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
