Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, National Insurance Advice Delivery to lead and optimize the delivery of our insurance products across multiple markets. This position will be responsible for managing and driving the sales strategy, supporting sales teams and ensuring that sales goals and service standards are met on a national level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve company growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement national sales delivery strategies to drive growth and market share for insurance products across diverse geographic regions. Work closely with senior leadership to align strategies with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and support a team of insurance advisors, sales associates and customer service representatives providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure optimal sales performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the national sales team. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging risks, regulatory changes and best practices in insurance and advise the advisors accordingly.
- Sales Performance & Metrics: Monitor and analyze national sales performance data, ensuring sales targets are met. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure that sales objectives are supported by effective product offerings, promotional campaigns and operational processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the management of client escalations and ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to leadership on emerging opportunities or potential threats to the business.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards. Provide training on compliance matters as needed. Conduct detailed insurance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. LLQP or RIBO license in good standing.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams, preferably on a national or multi-regional level.
