As a Marketer for Phox Painting, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers and generating valuable leads. This involves connecting with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm, and building rapport. This is a part-time, casual position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Connect with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Generate Leads: Present our painting services with enthusiasm, capturing interest and converting leads for our sales team.
- Maintain Accuracy: Accurately record customer information and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Visiting homes throughout Edmonton to promote painting services.
- Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collecting leads and scheduling appointments for painting estimates.
- Representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Wearing company attire.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Minimum 6 hours per week; flexible scheduling available.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Commission: Earn additional income based on your performance
