We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Enrichment Coordinator who will also serve as a Recruitment manager and Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales & marketing experience as well as administrative experience. Must be very organized with strong communication skills across diverse groups, customer service oriented with interpersonal skills and be proficient in both verbal and written skills. We are seeking a specialist with strong computer skills with a strong aptitude in Social Media Marketing as will as communication. You must have a strong desire to learn, to impact and succeed as you will participate in staff development programs as well. You must also be well-advertised in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, whether as a team or as an individual.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and customer service initiatives with a focus on engagement and retention.
  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring organization and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media promotions.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide top-tier customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage prospective leads.
  • Oversee enrollment and renewal processes.
  • Coordinate introductory trial programs with instructors and parents.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Manage the general enrollment process/ managing calls as well as mastering enrollment conference & class schedule
  • Responsible for assisting with the renewal process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in social media marketing and online promotions. Must be able to market and promote on social media
  • Be able to handle prospective leads/ Clients & Introductory Trial Program/ Coordinate with the instructors & parents
  • Ability to generate, follow up, and nurture leads via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Public relations and communication expertise.
  • Proficiency in handling information calls and scheduling meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.

Job Types:

  • Permanent | Part-Time | Full-Time

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
