Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Replenishment Operator (RRO) to represent our client across retail store locations in Calgary and nearby areas. The RRO will be responsible for inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and maintaining accurate stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial training in warehouse operations, quality assurance, and production

• Execute product retrieval, stocking, and distribution in client retail stores

• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and progress reports with a sense of urgency

• Monitor and manage merchandise assortment and inventory levels

• Perform cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy; identify out-of-stock items

• Verify pricing and product origin labels are accurate

• Track and manage waste metrics; communicate updates to the team

• Train and guide Stock Associates on proper replenishment procedures

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

• Maintain detailed and accurate reporting using time management best practices

• Execute additional duties as assigned while upholding a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, ideally within produce or retail environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Previous experience in retail or wholesale produce environments is a strong asset

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (weekly car allowance provided)
