NOW HIRING: Pro Shop Staff

LOCATION: Strathgartney Highlands Golf Course, Bonshaw, PEI

HOURS: Full time/ Part-Time, Seasonal. 40-45 hrs/week. Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm & Saturdays 9am - 12pm.

WAGES: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, including vacation pay. Negotiable based on experience.

THE PERFECT FIT:

We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Pro Shop Staff at Strathgartney Highlands Golf Course for the summer! Located just 20 minutes west of Charlottetown, our scenic 9-hole public course in Bonshaw features a 275-yard driving range and a fully equipped pro shop. We are committed to maintaining high-quality course conditions and providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

In this role, youll greet guests, handle transactions, keep the clubhouse tidy, and support daily operations. If youre a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a beautiful outdoor setting, we want to hear from you! Training provided for the right candidate.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle basic financial transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail is an asset

JOB TASKS:

• Greet and assist guests in the pro shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Providing exceptional customer service to golfers and pro shop guests
• Schedule and manage tee times using our reservation system
• Operating the point-of-sale system for food, beverage, and merchandise sales
• Keeping the pro shop and patio clean, organized, welcoming and stocked.
• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring a positive golfing experience
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure excellent customer service and course flow
• Supporting event operations and other clubhouse duties as needed
