Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational skills, computer skills, and customer service.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for customer service and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
  • Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
  • Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone and in person with precision and special details noted.
  • Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
  • Light cleaning, stocking rooms with linen, and changing over of lockers.
