Duties and Responsibilities:
- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Vida Spa Standards.
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner, making reservations over the phone and in person with precision and special details noted.
- Keep work area neat and tidy inputting and filing medical history forms.
- Light cleaning, stocking rooms with linen, and changing over of lockers.
