- Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Maintain organized records and support audits as needed.
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
