About Us: We are a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. We are committed to providing top-tier service and support to our customers. We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: Manage and organize job files, client records, and project documentation Create and manage estimates, invoices, and job tracking using software (e.g., Xactimate, QuickBooks, or other industry tools) Handle scheduling, customer communications, and internal coordination Track project progress and assist with report preparation Provide administrative support to field staff and management Perform data entry, digital filing, and maintain organized cloud-based systems Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly Qualifications: Proven administrative or office management experience Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general tech proficiency Familiarity with restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, JobNimbus, DASH) is a big plus if not training will be provided Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
