Your Role: Connecting with Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in representing our clients' brands and delivering exceptional service. You will engage customers in meaningful conversations, clearly explain program details and policies, and handle inquiries professionally. You'll process payments, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires professionalism, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
