(Sorry programmers—this role is focused on IT infrastructure and support, not software development.)

What You'll Do (Your Impact):

  • Deliver top-tier technical support with outstanding customer service
  • Take ownership of issues—resolve them or escalate with confidence
  • Communicate consistently with clients from start to finish
  • Represent NeoLore's commitment to excellence in everything you do

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of IT support experience
  • Bilingual (English & French) Required
  • Completed relevant certification (College Diploma, MCP, CompTIA A+/Network+, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with:
    • Windows 10+, Microsoft Office 2013+
    • Microsoft 365 administration
    • Windows Server environments
  • Ability to obtain Government of Canada Secret Clearance

Technical Must-Haves:

  • Troubleshooting of Windows OS and Office Suite
  • Basic Active Directory tasks (adds/moves/changes)
  • Familiarity with firewalls (Meraki, Cisco ASA, SonicWALL, Sophos)
  • OS imaging and deployment
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Installation and support of PCs, printers, switches, NAS
  • Email client troubleshooting
  • Remote monitoring, antivirus, and anti-malware tools
  • Backup software installation and verification
  • Microsoft 365 user setup and support
  • SOP creation for internal and client use
