About the Role:
Paramount is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to support our warehouse and service operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, and moving parts and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and operations. If you are a team player, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks; transport items to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Operate forklift and maintain a valid company-issued license.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, confined space practices, and chemical handling.
• Assist with parking lot maintenance and repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally); frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and overhead work.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with asphalt repair is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required (Class 3 License is an asset).
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and criminal checks).
