M3C is looking for a Training coordinator IT (ID655). The mandate is for 12 months (renewable) and it's 75% remote work with occasional travel to northern sites when required. The client is in the mining industry.
Important : The candidate must be located in Ontario.
The responsibilities of the Training coordinator IT are:
- Build a logistics plan across multiple Northern Ontario sites with rotating schedules;
- Plan and coordinate training initiatives;
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation using internal systems and tools;
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training initiative;
- Develop a solid network with key stakeholders already in place;
- Collaborate to build and maintain an inventory of training content;
- Contribute to the development of the training strategy;
- Contribute to the development of training curriculums;
- Plan and prepare training environments;
- Support the coordination of training content in the LMS.
Requirements
The requirements are:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the training domain, with expertise in ERP migration projects;
- Knowledge of SAP, JD Edwards, and/or various LMS is a highly valued asset;
- Adaptability and Reliability: Able to work independently while staying flexible in changing environments;
- Collaboration and Creativity: Open-minded team player who brings innovative ideas and solutions;
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail: Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and simplifying complex information;
- Fluency in English required: proficiency in French is an asset;
- Asset : Knowledge of the mining industry.
