About the Role:
VentureX is a content house that works with restaurants, retail brands, and service-based businesses to deliver high-quality content and digital storytelling. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn brand kits into clean, engaging designs — primarily using Canva, with bonus points for Adobe Suite experience.
You'll be responsible for creating promotional assets, social media visuals, posters, digital menus, and occasional branding mockups. This role is flexible and ideal for creatives who are efficient, detail-oriented, and design with intention.
Key Responsibilities:
Create eye-catching designs using Canva (main platform)
Interpret and apply brand kits for each client consistently
Design social posts, story visuals, flyers, menus, and more
Work with the Creative Director and Founders to meet content deadlines
Deliver files organized, properly exported, and on-brand
What We're Looking For:
Strong visual eye and a clean, modern design style
Proficiency with Canva (required); Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus
Comfortable designing for multiple brands with different aesthetics
Reliable with fast turnaround times and clear communication
Portfolio of past work (Canva or Adobe accepted)
Structure & Compensation:
Paid monthly retainer or per-design basis (depending on your preference and workload)
