We are recruiting a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Forklift and Walkie Operator in Mississauga, ON!

Start Date: Immediately

Shift: 6pm Start

Location: Mississauga Rd. & Meadowvale Blvd

Rate: $21.93-$23.79

Responsibilities:

• Properly staging, stacking, and verifying shipments
• Wrap skids manually and with automated machines
• Manage and coordinate warehouse freight on a dock
• Efficiently and safely load and strip trailers
• Quality control/inspection
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate with the team to ensure transport operations continues smoothly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience with Counterbalance and Walkie machines
• Must have previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to efficiently secure loads, maximizing space
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Strong work ethic
• Clean criminal background check
