What You'll Be Doing:
- Order and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stocking levels
- Organize and manage incoming parts efficiently
- Use Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) for accuracy when filling service repair orders
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accuracy
- Handle part returns in accordance with department policy
- Review parts sales for pricing and approval accuracy
- Provide timely, clear communication across departments
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive parts department
- Solid understanding of automotive components and repair processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with CDK and Xtime systems is BIG asset
- Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving record
