What You'll Be Doing:

• Order and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stocking levels
• Organize and manage incoming parts efficiently
• Use Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) for accuracy when filling service repair orders
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accuracy
• Handle part returns in accordance with department policy
• Review parts sales for pricing and approval accuracy
• Provide timely, clear communication across departments

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive parts department
• Solid understanding of automotive components and repair processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with CDK and Xtime systems is BIG asset
• Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving record
