Role:

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the development and launch of innovative software products that sit at the heart of this transformation. You will oversee thesoftware development lifecycle of multiple cutting-edge products. Youll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams including; Data Science, UX, Engineering, and QAto ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end project executionfrom initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  
• Drive team alignment and accountability by running effective sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
  
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring transparency and clarity across departments.
  
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  
• Champion documentationmeeting notes, decisions, action items, and technical recordsespecially as it relates to regulatory and certification requirements.
• Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team environment with open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a technical environment.
  
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in high-stakes, deadline-driven settings.
  
• Strong command of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
  
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalents.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  
• Ability to create and manage regulatory and certification documentation.
