We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, supporting business growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Please note: This is a hybrid role, with 2 Days On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups, from entry-level to mid-senior level roles (15-20 open requisitions at a time).
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including intake meetings with hiring managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Conduct reference checks and manage background screening using third-party vendors.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Support hiring initiatives across diverse departments, including Pharmacy Operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and healthcare associations to promote employer brand and generate candidate pipelines.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and co-op student hiring events.
  • Promote the Employee Referral Program through regular communication and engagement campaigns.
  • Share market insights and talent intelligence to help inform business and organizational strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to Recruitment Manager, HR Advisors, and senior leadership.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and client experience, reinforcing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and relationship-building within industry communities.
  • Take on additional recruitment projects and initiatives as required by the Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition.
  • 4-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; healthcare or pharmacy industry experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Proven success in direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Strong communication, discretion, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with Workday (or similar ATS), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and recruitment databases.
  • Passion for recruitment and a desire to grow within the field.
