We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups, from entry-level to mid-senior level roles (15-20 open requisitions at a time).
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including intake meetings with hiring managers, job postings, sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Conduct reference checks and manage background screening using third-party vendors.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Support hiring initiatives across diverse departments, including Pharmacy Operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and healthcare associations to promote employer brand and generate candidate pipelines.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and co-op student hiring events.
- Promote the Employee Referral Program through regular communication and engagement campaigns.
- Share market insights and talent intelligence to help inform business and organizational strategies.
- Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to Recruitment Manager, HR Advisors, and senior leadership.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experience, reinforcing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and relationship-building within industry communities.
- Take on additional recruitment projects and initiatives as required by the Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition.
- 4-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; healthcare or pharmacy industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
- Proven success in direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Strong communication, discretion, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Workday (or similar ATS), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and recruitment databases.
- Passion for recruitment and a desire to grow within the field.
