Salary: $120,000-$160,000

We are looking for a Director Business Development to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on progress to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Science, Environmental Studies or a related field.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, offering a calm, supportive, and solutions-oriented presence during challenging situations.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during the business development process.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and how to track business development performance.
