Job Details:

• The Apartment Building Maintenance Worker will work with the full-time Maintenance Technician staff to provide repair and maintenance to the housing community's property, common areas, and residential units.
• The student will learn trades-related skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanics.
• The job is for 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• The start date: As soon as possible (eight-week commitment required).
• Candidate must be punctual, polite, and professional.
