Compensation: $55,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission + health benefits
1st year on target earnings = $80,000
2nd year on target earnings = $105,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5
Travel: Primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA); $850/month car allowance + gas reimbursement

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Tile and Stone installation market. This field-based role focuses on high-volume outbound sales, building and maintaining relationships with contractors, distributors, and big-box retailers throughout Canada. The Outside Sales Representative will promote a comprehensive range of premium installation products, including mortars, grouts, adhesives, sealants, and cleaners.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in building materials or related industries), is highly self-motivated, and excels at managing their schedule independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential. B2C sales experience + direct stone/tile experience can also work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tile and stone installation sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on product offerings.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads (including 2-3 trade shows in the US)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify, target, and grow key accounts and market segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure. ($80,000 OTE in year one, potential to exceed $100,000+ in subsequent years)

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience selling a tangible product, preferably in the building materials, stone and tile or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of tile and stone installation products and processes is an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory. Ability to travel to the US for a 2-3 trade shows per year.
- Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Capsule is a plus.
