The Role:As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of our local warehouse, managing a small team (currently 2 employees) to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order fulfillment. You'll work closely with our Purchasing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from receipt to delivery.
You'll also support the Finance Manager in managing logistics and operations for two key external warehouses — one in Montreal and another in the central US.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate order deliveries through effective logistics and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and solve problems proactively.
• Assist with oversight of third-party warehouse partners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant facility.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• A desire to grow into a Warehouse Manager role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
• A proactive and curious mindset and commitment to excellence.
