Graphic Designer Marketing (Email & D2C Focus)

Location: Toronto, ON (in-office preferred, remote possible)

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Director of Marketing

We're looking for a marketing-savvy Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of performance and creativity. You'll bring campaigns to life across email, paid, web, and social—turning briefs into high-performing creative that drives clicks, conversions, and brand connection.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and build email campaigns, digital assets, and landing pages that are both visually compelling and conversion-optimized
  • Create scroll-stopping ads, web banners, and internal decks that reflect and elevate our brand
  • Write sharp, on-brand marketing copy: subject lines, preview text, email and SMS content
  • Work directly with the Director of Marketing to bring campaign concepts to life and ensure creative is aligned across channels
  • Manage multiple projects with a sharp eye for detail, deadlines, and performance

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience designing for D2C brands—especially email and paid channels
  • A portfolio that shows off strong visual design and marketing copywriting chops
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • A solid grasp of email marketing best practices: layout hierarchy, CTA placement, mobile optimization
  • Experience retouching images for both digital and print
  • Fast, detail-oriented work style—without sacrificing creative standards
  • Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
  • Understanding of what makes a paid ad perform—from static graphics to motion

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience designing within Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other D2C platforms
  • Motion design or light animation skills

Additional Information

We offer:

  • An approachable and collaborative team environment.
  • Opportunities for growth and development.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Health and benefits plan.
