What Youll Be Doing:

This role is all about leadership and execution. Youll oversee all aspects of variable and fixed operations, leading your team to success and creating an unbeatable customer experience. Youll work closely with customers, department heads, manufacturers, and vendorsall while building a powerhouse culture.

Youll be measured on your ability to achieve and exceed:

- Unit sales volume and profitability in all departments

- Expense management

- Employee retention and engagement

- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)


What Were Looking For:

- Proven General Manager or General Sales Manager experience

- 10+ years in automotive or similar leadership

- Strongfinancial and operational acumenyou know the numbers and how to move them

- Infectious energy and theability to inspire a team

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
