Position Summary:
Are you ready to make your mark in the world of architecture and design? Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Architectural Services Manager to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of market planning, specification sales for architectural products, and connecting with the movers and shakers of the A&D community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ignite Sales Growth: Support sales growth and deepen connections within the architectural and design community through earning and driving specifications.
  • Be the Face of Innovation: Present and promote our client's cutting-edge products and services to top-tier architectural and design firms. Lunch and learns and other high-impact group selling activities is where you make your mark
  • Master the Craft: Develop a deep understanding of core products and their game-changing applications within diverse architectural projects.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with Territory Managers to strategize on product recommendations, bids, estimates, and project quotes.
  • Build and Expand: Cultivate new customer relationships and grow a powerful network within the A&D sector.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in architectural products, commercial construction, or building products.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction blueprints.
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, or project management is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development in the architectural and commercial construction segments.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams presentation software.
  • Must have your own means of transportation with a valid license.
  • Willingness to travel within the province.
