Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Burnaby, BC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, updating product displays, and maintaining the sales floor. Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist with inventory management and participate in promotional activities.
Qualifications

• Customer service skills, with the ability to engage and understand customer needs
• Sales experience, including handling transactions and recommending products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and product displays
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace
• Previous experience in the electric mobility industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or related fields is beneficial
