This is a contract opportunity: 3-6 months

As our Billing Administrator, you will:

  • Manage the Work Order and Project billings
  • Use SAP / Salesforce to issue pay applications to clients as agreed
  • Work Closely with the Project Admin and Operational teams to produce timely and accurate invoices
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations, analysis, and reports
  • Ensure understanding of admin/billing contents of the project contract
  • Ensure processes outlined in various contracts are being adhered to
  • Manage markup/rates on billings
  • Update end to end details in client portal
  • Other administrative and project related tasks as assigned

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2 plus years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of accounting (debits/credits)
  • Experience in a similar environment would be an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical, time management and organization skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
  • High respect for confidentiality and a high level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning, and discretion
