This is a contract opportunity: 3-6 months
As our Billing Administrator, you will:
- Manage the Work Order and Project billings
- Use SAP / Salesforce to issue pay applications to clients as agreed
- Work Closely with the Project Admin and Operational teams to produce timely and accurate invoices
- Conduct monthly reconciliations, analysis, and reports
- Ensure understanding of admin/billing contents of the project contract
- Ensure processes outlined in various contracts are being adhered to
- Manage markup/rates on billings
- Update end to end details in client portal
- Other administrative and project related tasks as assigned
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2 plus years of experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of accounting (debits/credits)
- Experience in a similar environment would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical, time management and organization skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
- High respect for confidentiality and a high level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning, and discretion
