You'll play a key role in connecting our telecommunications systems with a new, in-development CRM, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and contributing directly to the evolution of our internal tech stack.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage webhooks and real-time communication flows between tools.
  • Collaborate with internal developers building our CRM (led by Alex and Lloyd).
  • Build and optimize workflow automations using Zapier and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Document systems, processes, and integration standards.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with RingCentral APIs and platform integration.
  • Preferred Languages: Proficiency in MySQL and SQL required; experience with Python and Go is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with RingCX (or similar contact center tools).
  • Proven ability to build and manage RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON/OAuth flows.
  • Proficiency in Zapier (or similar tools like Make or n8n) for automating workflows.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and how to integrate telecom/communications platforms with them.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in-office full time in Markham, Ontario.

Why Join Us
  • Hands-on role with ownership over a growing, integrated tech stack.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and shape new systems.
  • Collaborative team with a strong focus on innovation and streamlining communication systems.
  • In-office team culture based in the heart of Markham.
