Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+years in Automotive Sales or Subprime Finance role
• Metrics: A proven track record of success (Sold deals, Loan Approval Rates, Average Finance Time, etc)
• Certification: Valid VSA license and valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Customer Skills: Ability to create and maintain customer relationships with a diverse client base.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (Full Commission)

What your day will look like:

• Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to build rapport and trust
• Lead Conversion: Engage with leads over the phone to convert to in person sales
• Sales Process Management: They manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
• Financial Services: Secure competitive financing and process deals and assist customers in understanding their options
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and stay updated on industry trends.
