We are seeking a sales professional to become a part of our team! You will contact and connect with clients and explain our services. Your job is to motivate and book new patients as well as onboard them. You will also ensure that the patient is the right match to the practice. You will also update our patient tracking systems and help improve our marketing strategy and current systems. As well, monthly analysis of our numbers, e.g, leads, sales/ejections, will be required (training provided). Meetings with Dr. Cohen to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing are required. It is a 12/15 hrs/week position with excellent pay and endless flexibility. Hours are flexible, but returning phone calls from 6:30-7:30 pm will likely be required because it is easier to reach people. We need someone who is sales-focused and has a track record of demonstrated sales experience in any field but ideally in medical sales or technical sales.

The ideal candidate is ambitious and will do what is necessary to onboard the right patients, including calling immediately upon receiving the email and flexing their schedule to connect on the phone with the client (when needed, sometimes clients prefer to book without a call). Base salary $1000 with a generous $40 bonus/per patient booked (over 10 patients). We typically receive 112 new inquiries per month. Depending on your skills, you are likely to sign up 1/3 of the inquiries or more, as people reaching out are ready to book. Unlike other sales, these are highly qualified leads. We will also provide you with all the tools to succeed.

We also provide sales training based on social-psychology research.

This job requires availability to reply to emails as they come in as well as calling back and/or emailing back right away. It is ideal for someone who can juggle multiple opportunities effectively. The primary aims of this position are: 1) To ensure that our leads are not wasted; 2) To ensure that the client is a match to our practice and is onboarded appropriately and 3) To assist in evaluating our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilitie

  • Respond to incoming new patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with new clients via email and on the phone to answer questions.
  • Triage patients who are appropriate for the practice.
  • Concur with Dr. Cohen on best practices.
  • Manage a CRM and improve marketing initiatives and data collection.
  • Provide monthly data.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent track record in sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales, medical sales or tech sales ideal.
  • Evidence of specific sales training (ideal).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to grow with the role.
  • Comfort with technical aspects of the role (Jane) and a CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with a position contract position.
