Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiter and Business Development Consultant who will be responsible for Talent acquisition in different regions of Quebec with client relationship management and business development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top-tier candidates.

  • Conduct interviews in both languages (English and French) as needed to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.

Business Development (50%)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Present service offerings, conduct client meetings, and negotiate terms of agreements.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.

  • Fluency in [ English and French] (spoken and written) is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment and sales targets.

COMPENSATION:

  • 55 K + Commission, 60K on target
