Exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative Campaign and Content Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness across B2B channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the ability to produce compelling content tailored to various decision-makers and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, paid media, and events
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging with customer pain points and business goals
  • Manage campaign calendars, assets, timelines, and reporting
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for various stages of the funnel, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and social posts
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and positioning while adhering to SEO best practices
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Analyze KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns in real-time
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalize outreach
  • Test and optimize messaging for different buyer personas, verticals, and funnel stages
  • Develop straightforward visual assets and collaborate effectively with graphic designers and external marketing agencies to produce high-quality campaign materials

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of planning and executing successful integrated campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex topics into compelling content
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency with visual design tools (eg., Canva) and collaborating with graphic designers
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital advertising best practices
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with external marketing or creative agencies a bonus
