Job Description We are searching for an entrepreneurial and hands-on General Manager to oversee operations at our bustling bakery and cafe. • Lead day-to-day operations of our bakery and full-service restaurant.
• Engage in catering sales to grow an additional revenue stream.
• Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Handle labor planning, scheduling, and maintaining efficiency.
• Work with operating costs, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
• Utilize basic Excel for scheduling, reporting, and cost management.
• Maintain high-quality standards in our bakery offerings and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in baking and/or bakery operations.
• Background in managing full-service restaurants, including floor operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a growing team.
• Knowledge of catering operations or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with labor management and cost control.
• Proficiency in basic Excel for tracking operational efficiency.
