Job Summary:
The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing a variety of duties related to the service of foods and the routine cleaning of food services areas in accordance with the policies of the residence. As a valued member of our team, you would demonstrate a commitment to resident safety by providing quality care.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling principles
• Knife skills
• Completion of the Food Handler for Canada course (as well as other online courses after hire)
• Health and Safety knowledge
• Basic ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate with residents and staff
• 6 months experience in a similar or related position preferred
• Time management
• Reliability
• Must provide recent Vulnerable Sector Check (less than 6 mos. old)
