  • Manage surgical slating and create patient surgical charts.
  • Compile and analyze monthly KPI reports based on weekly barometers.

  • Assist with administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Unpack and organize inventory as needed.
  • Support additional tasks as required by the lead.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of ophthalmology experience (preferred) in a fast-paced clinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of refractive and cataract surgeries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to counsel patients effectively.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Excel, Word, Accuro EMR, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • A commitment to delivering world-class patient care.
  • Must be willing to train in our Surrey location for the first 3 months before transitioning to our Abbotsford clinic.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Hindi is an asset.

If you're ready to be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes exceptional patient experiences, please submit your resume, cover letter, and wage expectations for consideration.

Candidates without direct ophthalmology experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
