The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs. * Providing a selection of products for customers to choose. * Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice. * Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries. * Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place. * Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts. * Store opening and closing duties. * Promoting store sales. * Working with team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers. * Assisting in digital product photography. * Learning and understanding our in-depth digital point of sales system. Qualifications needed! * Previous jewellery experience would be an asset. * A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic. * A strong desire to learn, not just sales, but other aspects of our business. * Ability to learn products in a reasonable time. * Tech savvy.
