We are seeking a skilled IAM Business/Compliance Analyst to join our Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment that includes automated identity governance as well as manual provisioning processes. This role will ensure that appropriate access controls are maintained for both integrated and non-integrated applications while adhering to security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

Job Type: 3 month contract, Start June 23

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support with the setup and pre-validation of the access review process
• Support with user access review cycle for various applications (like SAP)
• Work with key stakeholders to plan the access review cycle
• Work with application owners & stakeholders to guide them on performing the access reviews
• Follow-up with application owners & stakeholders on completion of their access reviews within the planned timeline
• Co-ordinate with IAM team in case of any technical issues
• Present daily & weekly status of access review cycle to leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, 5+ years IT experience with at least 2+ years of IAM experience
• Good knowledge of IAM/IGA domain, especially attestation & compliance
• Experience conducting IAM business and requirements analysis
• Knowledge of Saviynt, SailPoint or leading Identity Governance product
• Experience with running and managing periodic access reviews, certification campaigns
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience working with global teams
