We're looking for our next Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Relations team. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll be building bridges with our partners and providing top-notch account management support as they navigate the finer points of our foodservice technology solution.
A day in the life as a Partner Success Manager:
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with the implementation team to assist with successful project executions and collaborate with the Manager, Strategic Partnerships to assist in the execution of various partner goals
- Develop partner relationships - Build, maintain, and grow partner relationships with stakeholders and assist in reinforcing the value delivered to and realized by MealSuite Partners
- Oversee customer account management – consult, create, and process quotations and sales orders, lead and report on partnership sales, executive partner business reviews, and hold consultive calls and meetings for new new upsells while introducing new product features as they are released
- Bring partners up to speed on our product – provide demonstrations and consultive services to partners and/or end clients on MealSuite product offers and assist as a point of contact for potential issues and escalations
- Ensure strategic vision and meet goals - Participate in both internal and external meetings to collaborate and provide support, education, & strategic alignment
If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
- I have knowledge of foodservice, healthcare, or senior living industries, or a combination of all three.
- I gained my knowledge through 2+ years of direct experience in working with culinary (preferably in senior living) and with executive leadership teams, or a combination of both.
- I am familiar with contract negotiation, revenue-sharing models, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- I have experience in healthcare and senior living foodservice operations, especially when it comes to partner ecosystems, API integrations, and technology-driven partnerships.
- I have experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or something similar.
- I'm familiar with partner management, customer success, or account management practices, preferably in SaaS or with foodservice technology.
- I'm exceptional at communicating and have excellent presentation skils
- I get most excited about collaborating with others, taking initiative for my work, being accountable, and driving results
- I'm willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
