Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for Regional, DVP and Branches to support system and administrative internal escalations/questions.
- Point of contact for Corporate and GCC team members to support and resolve administrative escalations/questions.
- Review and work - all Work ticket workbench escalations assigned to you
- Review open / assigned cases.
- Run Open Vendor PO workbench - Follow up with GCC team / Employee Activities team on any aging needs.
- AR Finance report - Contact Credit collections AR team to work any missing.
- Attend Finance Calls for ‘open' orders.
- Review all and work - all Emails shared boxes and Individual.
- Assist and support resolutions for customer escalated issues. Assure customer satisfaction, timely and accurate responses (invoice issues, PO's, DSO, credit/rebills, short pays, difficult customer calls, etc.)
- Assists business processes within the district pillar are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures. Drive consistent use of all systems (WIN, Mobile Worksheet, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS Modules, etc.).
- Lead training and implementation of new systems, procedures and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with managers in an administrative capacity.
- Reliable transportation and comfortable commute to work location every workday.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of using Microsoft and ability to learn internal applications.
- Waste Management industry experience is a strong asset.
