Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative for our client, Japanese based sushi robot manufacture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a blend of market knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates/analyzes marketing options, future trends & ways to capitalize on these trends. Makes recommendations in terms of the appropriate business approach;
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key prospects, including end-users;
  • Conducts regular sales calls and reporting activities on all assigned accounts;
  • Responsible for all aspects of account business, budget planning by collecting forecasts, and the coordination of sales activities;
  • Responsible for each contract, starting from receiving an inquiry from customers, negotiating the terms and conditions with suppliers, calculating an offer to customers, negotiating all conditions with logistics, inspection, and other related service companies, negotiating contracts with customers, and confirming and executing contracts;
  • Able to troubleshoot product issues and provide appropriate solutions after receiving training.
  • Ensures customer orders are handled accurately and on time;
  • Addresses all claims, complaints, and suggests corrective actions;
  • Assists in the development of solutions and strategies to address industry issues and requirements;
  • Implements or aids in the implementation of new services and service enhancements to new and existing customers;
  • Takes the lead in analyzing and formulating an appropriate response to customer's needs;
  • Uses strong oral and written skills to explain complicated technical information to clients;
  • Demonstrate products on site or at showroom (if applicable);
  • Issuing Invoice and creating quote and order form, and processing order of products from customers

Experience

1. Preferable fluent in English (Business level) and other languages.(Chinese, Japanese, or Korean)

2. Min 2-3 years of B2B sales experience

3. Excellent customer service skills

4. Must be a team player with strong organizational, leadership, communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to travel for job related activities

6. Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license

7. Possibility to keep 2 to 3 product demo units at home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
