Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Provide training and support for new software applications and technologies.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.

Skills

• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems and Deployment, POS system/Machines.
• Networking devices, Cabling, Cisco, Routers, Switches.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (printers, Laptop, Desktop computers, etc.).
• Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus software).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
