Role Description

The Salesperson will be responsible for proactively identifying and generating new sales leads, cultivating customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also be responsible for developing and executing on sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and communicating regularly with management about strategies for growth and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 3 years food service industry experience or strong retail background preferred
• Must have a car
