Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development at a Canadian commercial bank or credit union
• Strong expertise in construction and term financing for commercial real estate
• A personable, relationship-driven approach to client interaction and deal sourcing

Responsibilities:

• Originate and develop new commercial financing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, and industry partners
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic input on deal structuring
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and execution teams to bring deals to close

Compensation: Fee split (potential first-year salary)
