Job Overview

As a Digital Media Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Kasu Capital's online presence. You will manage website updates, create engaging social media content, and perform light video editing and graphic design tasks using tools like Photoshop. Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Update and maintain Kasu Capital's website content using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) to grow our audience and enhance brand visibility.
• Content Creation: Produce visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
• Video Editing: Perform light video editing for promotional videos, social media clips, and internal content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Analytics Support: Monitor social media and website analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute campaigns that align with Kasu Capital's goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content adheres to Kasu Capital's brand voice, style, and values.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
